2005 Deepwater Chardonnay

Hold your breath, we took this wine under water. The result? Breath taking.

The Deepwater Chardonnay is stored for one year in a special underwater vessel at a secret depth. It took years of experience of trial and error to product find the right pressure and the wait was well worth it. This wine is shipped to Monterey Bay and stored in Oak Barrels. The barrels are sent out to sea in the special vessel and submerged at depths most fish wouldn’t conquer.
